We are using secure encrypted COVIU for Telehealth assessments from home. Login is via this website, with no need to download software, although Google Chrome Browser is required (Safari for iPhone/iPad). We can also use Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp, and Google Meet. ____________________________________________________________
To make a Telehealth appointment: Please email or phone using the details on our Contact page. You will be emailed a Telehealth Information Sheet and a Consent Form.
To login at the time of your appointment: Please select the blue button (number 1) labelled 'Enter Waiting Room' below, after which you will be: - asked to allow COVIU to access your camera and microphone (only applies to this session) - invited to join as a guest - asked to allow the camera to take a photo. If you prefer, you can take a background snap while leaning out of view. Photos are not stored. - asked for your name - placed in the Waiting Room until Dr White joins your call
If using an Interpreter, or if you are an Interpreter: Please select the grey button (number 2) labelled 'Interpreter and if using interpreter' below, then: - allow access to camera - type your name where requested and click on 'Ask to Join' - you will be placed in the Waiting Room until Dr White joins your call
